Junior HR assistant (Temporary) (Arendonk)

Purpose of the role

Taking up a supporting HR role within the HR department, main tasks will be HR administration (e.g. time registration, follow-up HR inbox...)


  • Bachelors degree or Graduated in Human Resources
  • Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Fluent speaker & good listener
  • Hands-on and a quick learner
  • Likes to work in a team but can also work independently
  • Enthusiastic & optimistic
  • Reliable & upright
  • Well organised & accurate in follow-up
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working efficiently under pressure

Principal responsibilities

  • Administrative support HR (e.g. time registration, follow-up HR inbox, HR newsletter,)
  • Prepare on boarding of new employees (welcome booklet, information etc.)
  • Contact with recruitment offices for temps & follow-up prestations.
  • First check HR invoices (e.g. interim hours, )
  • Start-up HR file administration & systems
  • Operational management of the training tool
  • Support with HR initiatives
