Ravago Plastics takes equity participation in Campi y Jove S.A.

Campi y Jove of Barcelona (Spain) and Ravago Plastics of Arendonk (Belgium) are pleased to jointly announce that Ravago Plastics recently took an equity participation within Campi y Jove S.A.
|
Both companies have been cooperating since 1999 distributing together polymers and rubbers on the Iberian market. Two years ago, they formed Campi y Jove Export to serve the African Chemical and Polymer markets. They created on October 1st 2004 Campi y Jove Maghreb, a Moroccan company based in Casablanca, which has already in place a local sales organization and a modern and comprehensive logistic infrastructure for bulk chemicals, polymers and specialty chemicals able to serve efficiently and competently the growing North African markets.
Campi y Jove is a leading Spanish distributor, which has a sales revenue of 120 M Euros and a staff of 90 employees. All Campi y Jove sites are ESAD2/SQAS approved.
